F.A.Q.

After placing the order through our website, you will receive the first email confirming that we have accepted the order. It will automatically redirect you from www.creeme.eu to the Besteron payment gateway, via which you pay the exact amount for the order. After payment through the gateway or a bank transfer using your banking system, you will receive a second email from us informing you that we have received your payment and are currently preparing and packing your parcel. You will receive a third email with information that your package has been shipped. The link to track your package will be sent by a courier company in a separate email. The courier will contact you automatically via phone on the delivery day.

We are very sorry, but TALL, s.r.o.’s address is available for pickups of orders made from Slovakia or the Czech Republic right now. They store all our products, which go from factories to the warehouse, from warehouse to you. They take care of Créeme orders, returns, exchanges from Monday to Friday. If you place your order before 11 AM (CET), they will ship it to you immediately on that day. Orders placed after 11 AM (CET) will be dispatched the next working day.

We are just starting out, so we communicate with our customers only via email at this moment. Thank you for your understanding.

We currently ship to Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Netherland, Belgium, Italy, France, Bulgaria, Greece, Finland, Sweden and Estonia. Within the EU, no customs duties or taxes apply.

The best way to approach laundry care is to wash it in an ecological way at 40°C. Of course, cotton can handle much higher temperatures, but it may shrink. We recommend washing the bra by hand. We would also like to ask you to continue in our journey. Therefore, please choose a bio washing powder that does not contain the following components – phosphates, enzymes, or optical brighteners such as Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and Sodium laureth sulfate (SLES). They are tenside surfactants. You should also avoid substances such as TAED and EDTA, which function as bleach activators as well as brighteners. These components are difficult to biodegrade, moreover, they are chlorine-based and pollute water. After washing in an organic washing powder, gently hang the lingerie and let it air dry.

Yes, it is elastic. We recognize two types of textile fabrics based on how they’re made – woven and knitted. For example, shirts or trousers are made of woven fabrics, which are strong and do not stretch. On the other hand, for example T-shirts are made of knitted fabrics, which are elastic. Créeme natural lingerie is made of knits, so it is elastic, but still free of synthetic materials such as Lycra or elastane.

The size chart can be found on the subpage of each of our products. Just click on the Size chart link and a new page comes up, with the exact description on how to take your measurements to find your right fit. You’ll find the link right next to the Add to Cart button. In case you need help with choosing the right size for you, feel free to write to us at info@creeme.eu, we will be happy to advise you.

You can exchange the size of purchased lingerie within 14 days of receiving your package. Please bear in mind that the lingerie must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and with the original paper tags still on. As the lingerie is made of 100% organic cotton, we would like to ask you to fold the item neatly back into the packaging to prevent  significant creasing during its return journey. Feel free to try on the bras in the comfort of your home, but please refrain from trying on the panties. Instead, we recommend that you place them against your hips at first to see, if the elastic band will hug you properly.

We always want to bring you only the best products and that means clean and unworn. You can exchange the panties for another size, but for hygienic reasons, we only accept them back with the original paper tag still sewn on.

Before returning the product, please write us an email to info@creeme.eu indicating the number of your order and the ordered size of the lingerie, together with the new size that you wish in exchange. In case you want to change your delivery address, please let us know via email too, because we will automatically ship the new package with the changed size to the address from the original order.

We have prepared Return and Exchange Form (DOWNLOAD.pdf). You can print it out or re-write it in legible handwriting. In case you need help with choosing the right fit, make sure to contact us at info@creeme.eu, we will be happy to advise you.

After we receive your package at one of the addresses above, we will check the lingerie and let you know when you can expect to receive the exchanged size. The return of lingerie, that means the package shipped from the customer back to us, is paid by customer. The exchange shipment, that means cost for the package with the new size sent from us to the customer, is paid by us. If you would like to buy and add another product to the package, you need to place a new order at www.creeme.eu and pay the full amount including shipping costs separately.

After we receive your return package at one of the addresses above, we will check the lingerie and send a credit note to your email, serving as an electronic evidence of the reduction in the invoiced amount. You will receive the full amount for the lingerie returned as well as the shipping cost according to the original invoice to your bank account.

Unfortunately not at the moment, but we are already working on bringing our products to at least one shop in each bigger town in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

After adding the selected products into your shopping cart, you will proceed to the Check Out section. Above the Delivery Address, there is a folder where you can enter the coupon or voucher number. The discount will apply automatically.

Payment by Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards  

After placing the order via www.creeme.eu, you will be automatically redirected to a  secure Besteron payment gateway, where you enter the necessary data to complete the payment. If the payment is successful, we will start preparing your package for you.

 

Payment by bank transfer through Slovak and Czech banks

When completing your order, click on the payment button of the bank at which you have your bank account. After placing the order via www.creeme.eu, you will be automatically redirected to Internet Banking page of your bank. The order of payment will be pre-filled with all information about the transaction – the amount, the variable symbol and our account number. If the payment is successful, we will start preparing your package for you.

Your data is safe! You always enter the information about your bank account or your card through the secure Besteron payment gateway, which is verified by the National Bank of Slovakia. We cannot see your data, we do not even have access to it.

Cash on delivery

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay cash on delivery with us. It has often happened to us that customers have not taken over the goods. As we only have a limited quantity of products in stock for sale, it would be a pity for some sizes of lingerie having  to stay at the post office for 18 days before they could get back to us again. 

Slovakia

Slovak Post – parcel to BalikoBOX

If you want to have the parcel delivered to BalikoBox at a post office, please choose one that suits you best via this link. Please enter the full address of the package box including the city in the *note during checking process of order. Delivery takes 2 to 3 days after the order has been processed. You can pick up the package from the box at any time within three days after receiving confirmation text message. If you don’t make it in time, your package will be sent to the post office assigned to the specific package box. The post office will, of course, inform you about this. The price is 2.80 €.

Slovak post – parcel to post office

Delivery to the post office takes 2 to 3 days from the processing of your order. This service does not include a text and an email notification about the delivery of your package, but you will receive a paper notice in the mailbox at your delivery address indicated in your order, informing you that the shipment is already at the post office. The price is 2.80 €.

Slovak post – courier to address

The courier will usually deliver the shipment to you 1 to 2 days after the processing of your order. Of course, you will receive a text or an email notification about the path of your package and its delivery. The price is  3.30 €.

Czech republic

Czech Post – courier to address

The courier will usually deliver the shipment to you 1 to 2 days after the processing of your order. You will receive a text or an email notification with a link to information about the delivery of your package. The price is 3.65 € = 99.50 CZK.
